Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number)

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Downloadable software or digital goods
  • Health and hygiene products (e.g., masks, undergarments) if unsealed

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank – there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at info@safetywarehouse.co with photos and a description of the issue.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
